21 Day Fix: Day Fifteen
Today was a good day nutrition and workout wise. A couple of friends and I are buckling down and holding each other accountable. Even completed the 21 Day Fix: Total Body Cardio Fix for 30 minutes. Great workout! I was drenched in sweat once complete!
2 Egg Cups with Bacon and Spinach and an Orange.
Trader Joe's Thai Chicken Salad and 1 Hard-boiled Egg.
Chocolate Shakeology and Cantaloupe Melon
