21 Day Fix: Day Five
Today started off well as far as eating, but then we had guests over for dinner and I went overboard on the Starchy Carbs. A bit low on the Fruit and Vegetables.
2 Fried Eggs, and only ate about 1/4 of the Orange (it was dry).
Salad of Romain Lettuce, Beets, Bell Peppers, Peas, Broccoli, Feta Cheese, Chicken, Hard Boiled Egg, Blue Cheese Dressing, and Chile with Beans.
Roast Sirloin Beef, Corn on the Cob, baked Potato (1/2 half), 1/2 a French Roll, and a glass of Wine. Ended the evening with a slice of Key Lime Pie.
