21 Day Fix: Day Four
So after yesterday's not so great eating day, I decided to eat my breakfast at home. What a difference! It wasn't a perfect, but overall I was much happier than with yesterday. Had much better craving control and a ton of energy when I got home. I decided to re-visit the Les Mills On Demand for a couple of workouts just to spice things up a bit. I did BodyPump #102 for 30 minutes and a Sh'Bam #28 for 30 minutes and ended up burning close to 600 calories. (At least according to my Garmin Vivoactive HR). Great workouts! But did feel like I was cheating on Autumn.
For lunch, my sweetie and I visited a local Japanese Steakhouse, JPAN. We got the Bento Boxes and they were fantastic. I did not eat the rice portion, as I didn't need the carbs, but greatly enjoyed the rest of it. Not sure how accurate I got with the containers, but it's a best guess.
I forgot to take a photo of my afternoon Chocolate Shakeology. I was out of oranges today, so didn't get my fruit today.
After dinner, I had a Flip Greek yogurt for dessert. I love those things, but not sure that they really are all that healthy. They can be full of sugar, but it's instant portion control and kills any sweet craving. In the end, I've decided there are worse things.
Again, I didn't get all my veggies or fruit, and a bit over on the protein and carbs.
2 fried Eggs, Banana, Almond Butter on Whole Grain Bread. Tea.
Went to JPAN with my sweetie for lunch. We started with tea and Salad with Ginger Dressing.
Went to JPan for their Teriyaki Shrimp Bento Box, which had Rice (which I did not eat), California Roll, Teriyaki Shrimp with Mixed Vegetables, Spring Roll, and Shrimp Dumplings. DELICIOUS!
Sauteed Chicken Breast with Spinach, Garlic and Ghee. Brown Rice.
